All sales at Kim Watch Pte Ltd are final. Once a purchase is completed, we do not accept returns or exchanges, or offer refunds.
Because our watches are pre-owned or unworn, each piece is unique. We encourage all customers to view and inspect the watch in person at our store, or to request detailed photos and information via WhatsApp, before completing a purchase. Every watch is described as accurately as possible, including its condition and whether box and papers are included.
